Our first KOA experience! The bathrooms were clean with plenty of hot water. The staff was friendly. Our camping neighbors were enjoying the experience too. We loved it and hope to return in the future.

I've stayed there many times and nothing has improved. Bathrooms: toilets are loose. 2 showers won't drain. The cable TV is very poor. Site is all gravel with just a couple of table pads. But the scenery cannot be beat. Walk across the bridge in the park over the Yampa and look both ways. If they would just do a little maintenance they would have an excellent park

We enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff and friendly neighbors, clean bathrooms. There are some great sites for tenting. However, if you want full hookups the campers are very close together. also there is no nice scenery except the river. We still enjoyed ourselves.

Spent 3 nites at KOA in mid September and the park was great, and the staff helpful and friendly. Because of the fires in the area, we were unable to have a fire, but that was ok. We were the last rv site which was perfect. We overlooked a beautiful meadow towards the mountains.

We had smaller site with water and sewer. Our site faced our neighbors site, so no privacy, but neighbors were quiet and friendly. Nice trail to walk dogs. No recycling. Free bus to downtown!

THey went above and beyond when I called to add an extra day to our stay-- by moving others around so we could stay in the same spot an extra day ahead of schedule. I felt a little cramped as the sites were pretty much on top of each other but the place was clean and well kept

One staff member in particular was very rude. Shook his head as we would drive through and seemed very unwelcoming. We are a young family with two small kids and felt very out of place amongst a lot of retired folks. Felt like a 55+ campground. Very pretty and kept though.

The layout is great, except for a few sites along the back fence. The water /elec points for 5/6 of the sites are all wacky. There is no reason that the KOA can't realign where this services run, and then each site would have BOTH water and electricity. Otherwise, good location, great people.

Friendly staff, conveniently located to Steamboat Springs and the surrounding area. The bathrooms could have been cleaned more often, and it was sad that the pool wasn't open due to COVID, but we would definitely stay there again if we are passing through.

The campsites seemed nice and spacious, but unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the cabin we stayed in. Extremely difficult to regulate the heat and very hot in the loft, even with windows open and fan (very loud) turned on. The toilet rocks and there was no hand towel available I. The bathroom. The futon has seem better days, the arms were not secure and it is not suitable for a bed.

I came about 45 minutes early and was told my site was ready and I needed to pay extra. A local friend wanted to stop by to see my tent. They charge $10 for that quick visit. I was told I had a deluxe river site. It was near the river but in the middle of a hot, treeless field. The shower is locked. I had to walk back to my car to get the code.

We had a nice site, but our friends didn’t have water and it was a bit small for them. I understand that only making reservations 3 weeks out isn’t much time. Was more upset that we were charged extra for arriving an hour early. $5 for each, but really was it necessary?

The only 2 problems we had were loud music coming from the trailer park and the shower I used in the woman's side didn't drain. Other then that a nice campground.

One of nicest KOA's we have ever stayed in. Lots of staff at work all day. We did have a site near the highway and will change that next time. There are also wonderful tent sites right on the river.

We were in a W and E site, backed up to a fence. Water was shared with 2 other sites. As a result one of those RVs was about 2” from our slideout. We were parked between water source which was right at our door and the electric post. It was a very awkward setup !!! And rather unpleasant .

Great campground with fun activities for our kids to be entertained all day. The city bus stop at the campground was very convenient to get around town when we didn't have a car.

Very unfriendly front desk person. Asked to move to riverside campsite and was told no and should be lucky to have any site. Riverside sites were open during our visit. I kept checking and five sites were not used during our visit. Will not be coming back.

The full size bed in cabin 6 needs to be fixed. It is VERY creaky. Everytime you move it makes a creaky noise. Very disturbing. Other than that we had a great time

Amazing staff members. They were consistently working the property, helping visitors and insuring all was up to par. Shower house and laundry facility were exceptionally clean.

The staff was very nice and left us our key for a late check-in. The cabins are quite cozy and you can't beat the price. Very clean.

Great place to winter camp. Super friendly staff and nice clean facilities. Felt very comfortable staying here and letting my kids run free. For people going to the mountain there is a FREE shuttle that comes into the entry every 20 mins. Made it too easy for my family to just hop on the bus and head to the slopes.
