The staff should inform anyone with a reservation over Tuesday that you change the bathroom codes each week. It isn't in your literature. It would be easy for staff to write that on the map at check-in. The change was a big inconvenience for me.

I am so happy with how clean the bathrooms and our cabin was. It was a beautiful spot and it was easy to get to down town to play. This is by far one of the best camping experiences I’ve ever had. The only draw back was that our cabin neighbor parked their van so close to our cabin, blocking part of our view from our porch and made a lot of noise opening and closing their doors.

This is a favorite place for me. The staff is so kind and the grounds and accommodations are clean and good working order. Thank you Charlene at the front desk at check in and check out for being so kind and helpful. Although I must say every person I encountered was so kind and helpful. Thanks for another wonderful stay and I will be seeing you again soon!

The river was closed and we were not allowed to go in it- an email about the closure with an opportunity to cancel would have been very helpful. Especially for $270 - wouldn’t stay here again.

Had a great time! Bathrooms could use a little more attention, but that's my only negative. Unfortunately there was a fire ban and we couldn't fish the river, but that's wasn't KOA's doing. Can't wait to come back next summer and fish right off our cabin. Excited to see new island cabins also. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Very family friendly. Staff was very helpful and interacted well with the kids. Always something to do (pool, mini golf and bikes). Great quiet location next to the river, but easy drive or shuttle into town.

Grounds looked beautiful as always. Staff was friendly and fantastic. Our entire family feels right at home and happy. This is our fourth stay at this KOA and facilities and staff didn’t disappoint.

Very accommodating and kind staff. Really enjoyed the cabin and overall great experience! Some noisy neighbors but nothing too bad! Really grateful I could bring my dogs!

We had the most amazing relaxing time being here. We were beyond lucky to get in a cabin by the river. The staff was super friendly and the cabins and bathrooms were clean. Can’t wait to come back

Pleasantly surprised with kitchen. Awesome! My 11 yr old loved the pool. We both loved how close to town you are located. We will be back!!

Great - though could have been better. Would be great to have an option to rent linen and towels & we hired the bikes, but were limited to the paved parts of the campground - so not really great - would have been great to be able to access a trail with them. Would be great to havea trail/sidewalk linking yourselves to the bowling alley....small things, but would have made a big difference.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cabin I stayed in was clean. The grounds were clean. Unfortunately, the river was unavailable to wade in or for swimming, however, a bear rambling through the campground every night was exciting! We have stayed here 3 times. We love the Steamboat Springs KOA.

We had a nice cabin, and I was thankful for the fan provided because it was over 90 during the day. I didn’t love all the people walking basically right in our site to access the river, which was supposed to be off limits because of low water. The pool was a refreshing bonus. The hosts were not rude, but many of them seemed a little unhappy or overwhelmed. I just didn’t get that super welcome

We had an amazing time at the Steamboat Springs KOA! It exceeded all of our expectations. The cabin setting on the river was beautiful, the facilities were clean and well-cared for, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Adam and Carlene. We can't wait to come back with more friends and family. Thank you!

The staff was wonderful. The store was well stocked. The place was neat and clean. The cabin was awful. I had to sleep upstairs: it was hot, loud and I pee’d in a Gatorade bottle to avoid climbing up and down the ladder at night. No camp fires, no fishing, no wading or swimming in the river.

Good location, close to Steam Boat Springs downtown. Very clean baths and restrooms. Dog friendly premises. Pool might be bigger.

My kids and I enjoyed our stay at the cottages very much. Supper cute and everything we needed. The town is amazing too and so fun. The only thing lacking for comfort would be an AC unit for the hot Summer months as all the was provided was a fan that we had to move around from loft to living area. Other than that our stay was perfect and would recommend Steamboat Springs KOA cabins.

We stopped here on our way back from Yellowstone. And was pleasantly surprised with how beautiful this town is! The koa is nice but could benefit from a happier check in staff. Outdoor staff was nice though. The only thing missing was a fridge in our cabin. But we made do and will stay here again next summer

I love this KOA! It's my "home away from home" LOL The staff is SO friendly and the location is absolutely beautiful! The Yampa river runs through the site and there is a free bus into town (as well as an easy bike ride into town.) I go as often as possible and they continue to make site improvements.

We felt so welcomed! The activities like the pool, mini golf and live music were beyond expectation. All the staff is super friendly. Location is great close to town and close to a creek.

We had an incredible time from the moment we check- in to the moment we checked-out. They have a slew of awesome employees. The pool was warm and the Campground was clean. Having the river right there is just incredible. The employees where just amazing, I can't say that enough. Thank you Steamboat KOA, can't wait to come back.

Once again, we had a great experience/stay in Steamboat Springs. Though the new additions that are being constructed were tough to get around it was still worth the stay.

We stayed in KT8 and the toilet was on an uneven surface. Every time you say in it the toilet would rock when sat on. The fans inside the cabins were a huge help with the heat since there is no air conditioning.

Great interactions with the staff. Camp store was fully loaded. Cabin was great - I just wished it had AC for those hot days and early evenings. A fan was provided. The view was awesome right on the river.

Great stay! So much fun with kids and pups. Only issue was our refrigerator didn’t work but they helped find a small unit for the remainder of the stay

The staff was very nice and left us our key for a late check-in. The cabins are quite cozy and you can't beat the price. Very clean.

Great place to winter camp. Super friendly staff and nice clean facilities. Felt very comfortable staying here and letting my kids run free. For people going to the mountain there is a FREE shuttle that comes into the entry every 20 mins. Made it too easy for my family to just hop on the bus and head to the slopes.
