Nice campground, not to far from town, staff were great, helped us with a few issues. This was our 1st time RV'ing in the snow and we had a great but cold time! Internet was great and secure. We had lots to do in the area, we really enjoyed staying there, we would stay in this KOA again if we ever came back to Steamboat Springs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The campground was very clean and well kept. We loved the beauty and the location also. The free bus into town was a nice surprise that we didn't expect. We will definitely stay again!

Disappointed this time and I typically live this place , constructions on the island so couldn’t go over bridge with my dogs . Made walking dogs harder. Needs more stine everywhere . Staff is awesome as always. Maybe next year all we be caught up and add more stone to keep roads and pads cleaner. Still amazing river view

Super helpful staff got me in right at 4 and even with the regular dump area closed they still accommodated my need to dump my black water and grey water even in the middle of a snow storm. �

This is a hidden treasure, and we are looking forward to staying in the new expansion area next year. The only thing I would improve on: larger dog play area. You have a lot of space, and that's kind of a not-so-wonderful play area for dogs. Very well maintained and a comfortable stay otherwise. The store closed a little before 5 on Saturday and forced me to make a trip into town.

Our stay was amazing. The campgrounds were very clean and everyone who worked there, was extremely nice. They all went above and beyond.

I would have given it a 5, but during our stay there was a lot of heavy equipment working on campground expansion so there was a lot of noise from heavy equipment, including their back up beepers. Once the project is done the campground will be really nice. We loved site 8! Adam showed us to our site. He was friendly and kind, and we enjoyed chatting with him. Excellent customer skills!!!

This is our first stay at a KOA. Based on the gracious and informative host at this campground we were able to secure a site that met our needs on the phone and get settled once arriving. Nice location just outside of town with a town bus stop included in the campground. The campground was under major renovations making the setting more like a construction zone, but I’m sure it will be awesome.

Awesome place to stay! Right on the river, close to town and great campsite. The camp hosts were so friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were super clean and the showers were so hot! Internet was fast too! Highly recommend staying here, we loved it!!

Nice site big enough for 45 ft coach, and parked truck in front of patio. Good satellite access, and ATT cell service. WiFi was okay. All employees were friendly and welcoming.

Employees were extremely nice. park was clean and in a beautiful setting. Only drawbacks were the lack of a hot tub and little privacy.

The hosts were extremely friendly. We had good assistance to help us back in to our site. The bathrooms were clean and apparently cleaned regularly. The location to downtown was short.

The park overall is nice. I do wish the dog park was larger! Park proximity to the town itself is good. We liked the chairs and table provided. Office staff was great!

i was charged for a electrical cord that they said was missing after i left. i was not notified except by my card. i called and the assitant manager was to look into it. I got n call back. I recalled 3 days later ad still no call back from management. My first call the i told the assistannt manger that i 100 percent did not take it. i told her that i have stayed there many times, over 16 days.

We had excellent customer service. The maintenance crew was all very friendly and helpful. Grounds well maintained. Good small store. Some great specials in store. Great speed on WiFi 5G. Our Verizon cell service worked well.

All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location is convenient to town and right off US 40. Some road noise and overall our stay was fine. Loved the free bus to town and our site was at the end so we only had neighbors on one side. Quiet times were observed, and thankfully no barking dogs:)

THE ENTIRE STAY WAS EXCELLENT. GREAT STAFF, AN EXCELLENT SITE, AND THE BUS WAS GREAT FOR GETTING DOWNTOWN. WE ARE ALREADY LOOKING FORWARD TO PLANNING OUR NEXT VISIT T THE EXPANDED STEAMBOAT SPRINGS KOA!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. I love how they have someone show you to your site and help you park the RV. Facilities were very clean. They had firewood for purchase and even drove around with some so you could buy it right at your site. The sites were good size and we had a site right next to the river and it was amazing. Love the Steamboat area, definitely a great KOA site.

Crowded. Packed in like sardines. The lady who checked me in was nice and the escort to my site was also a nice touch. Highway noise is constant.

The staff was very nice and left us our key for a late check-in. The cabins are quite cozy and you can't beat the price. Very clean.

Great place to winter camp. Super friendly staff and nice clean facilities. Felt very comfortable staying here and letting my kids run free. For people going to the mountain there is a FREE shuttle that comes into the entry every 20 mins. Made it too easy for my family to just hop on the bus and head to the slopes.
