My only complaint is the bathroom stalls are so tiny. There is plenty of free space in the overall room. Even an extra six inches so you have reasonable space to wipe would be great! Besides that, everything was clean, the staff was awesome, we'll definitely stay here again!

Staff kept in contact with me by email, kind and courteous to me I was wounded in Afghanistan and it can be a little intense seeing me but the kind lady made me feel absolutely great thanks for that also had Todd stop and ask if I needed help getting my RV in the slot. He stayed with me until I completed my prep for the night

Very clean bathrooms and laundry room. The Kamp store is very well stocked. Lots of shade trees all around the campground. GM Bob drove around and said “hi” to all the guests and had treats for our puppies. NICE TOUCH!!! Lots to do in Steamboat Springs and we will be back in the spring.

Clean, a store, super friendly and accommodating people working there! Very kindly let us extend when my sister ended up in hospital there. Loved free shuttle coming right to campground

We have had the pleasure of staying here a number times and always enjoy our stay. This stay the entire staff went above and beyond. We were able to get a 50 amp site that was badly needed and that site was extended due to extenuating circumstances. We caught a flu bug in Steamboat and the staff did everything possible to help us. ��� Thank you!!

The office ladies were very nice. Our campsite was just OK and there is lots of highway traffic.

Absolutely ridiculous price! Most of their amenities were closed! No river access, no hiking trail access and pool was closed during the day while it was 85 degrees out! Of course they do not tell you all these things are closed until after you pay for your reservation! Will never go there again. Also, talked to corporate and of course they do not care and do nothing about it!

Overall better than average Kia. New wifi very good and bathrooms were small but clean. Friendly employees. Potholes in road, not many sites for satellite tv, typically tight spaces were the negatives

My 2nd stay in 3 years time. Had a great time and all the amenities were perfect. Gave you a 4 because you need to repair all the pot holes in your roads.

Very nice employees. I was told campground was sold out and we couldn’t move yet the spot across from us was open all weekend. It had the hookups we wanted and was further from the road as we requested. Back half of campground is under construction but all of the amenities were open and very clean.

We had planned on a 1 night stay, but our truck broke down and it turned into 4. The KOA folks couldn't have been any more helpful and our weekend turned out to be a ton of fun anyway. Our son loved the pool and the mini golf. The movie night in the pavilion was a nice treat. I would recommend this KOA to any family looking for a place to stay.

We really appreciate the cleanliness of the KOA, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very pleasant stay. Oh and the wifi was great, best we have had at any site. Thank you for the wonderful memories. We'll be back again!!

Such a convenient and lovely spot next to the Yampa River and close to the highway into town. We use the showers they were very clean. The laundromat had four washers and six dryers. Some cute extra activities like miniature golf and Friday night movies or a plus. Hope we get to come back!

Ok facilities except for highway road noise. We are 25 year rv’rs and have stayed in literally hundreds of campgrounds but have never been charged $5 per day per dog, $70 per week. And for what? A few poop bags? We are in our 5th KOA now and not one has a pet fee. Doubt we’ll be back because of.

We were, simply put, stranded with truck issues. The staff was amazing, they made sure we were taken care of and were willing to give us a late check out. The pool was lovely, the area clean and the sites level. The work they are doing is going to be amazing and you can see that they keep adding to their infrastructure.......a sign people care. Everything was nice and clean

Stayed 4 days while visiting with our son who livvs in Steamboat, also caught a wedding there. Pool was very clean and heated just right. Campground clean and well maintained and absolutely everyone was so friendly and helpful.

The only complaint I have is when I called you said you were fully booked so I just booked on line. I went into the office to ask to extend my stay and you said once again fully booked so I had to extend my stay online. Not sure why you tell people your fully booked when your not.

Rv spaces were spacious, clean bathrooms. Friendly staff let us change spots. Recommend an interior spot if available, some highway noise if on the back row.

The staff are lovely at this KOA. I enjoy staying here for the amenities and friendly people. The drawbacks are the road noise and tight proximity of the sites. It is extra crowded right now because of the construction on the west side of the campground. I feel very safe at the KOA, which is also much appreciated as solo traveler.

For me, the thing that sets one KOA apart from another is how we are treated and how the park is maintained. The staff here is great. They are welcoming and very helpful. The park is well maintained and it has a good stand of trees. Power was good, water was good and sewer ports were convenient. Sites are close to one another but not horrible. Wi-Fi is upgraded and very solid for streaming.

The staff was very nice and left us our key for a late check-in. The cabins are quite cozy and you can't beat the price. Very clean.

Great place to winter camp. Super friendly staff and nice clean facilities. Felt very comfortable staying here and letting my kids run free. For people going to the mountain there is a FREE shuttle that comes into the entry every 20 mins. Made it too easy for my family to just hop on the bus and head to the slopes.
