Very nice park. Great amenities. Can't wait to see the renovation work. We were right next to the highway and the noise was pretty loud.

The campground is very nice, great amenities, clean and well cared for. The staff was friendly, nice, and available. The location is great near town. If I were to nitpick, the only complaint would be road noise from the highway, but granted we were there while the I-70 was closed which certainly increased traffic. Overall an incredible place which we will be back to.

Just a bit ran down. Lady who checked me in was awesome and the guy driving around helping people was great. But facilities are and need updated. Pool for sure and the grounds too. I know they are doing construction on the other side, just full of weeds in our spot.. Near HWY if you don't have a fan you will not be able to sleep.

We stayed at this KOA for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. There are plenty of fun amenities at the camp. The showers and bathrooms were clean. The camp also stayed very quiet during the quiet hours, which was nice.

Sorry it was only one night. Park is well groomed, very clean, with a great pool and Mini Golf game. Had a spot that backed up to the Yampa River--One of our best RV sites ever. Great staff who was very helpful. I regret it's pretty far from Dallas, but we'll be back.

You set people up for failure when you allow back in travel trailers to use pull in RV spots. Our neighbors were rude and nasty, telling us we couldn’t use our open area next to our RV door because the trailer was backed in and that was their space. They moved our picnic table across the road and yelled at us. Not a great way to begin your stay. This should have been explained to them upon arriv

Our campsite was the pits. No appeal whatsoever. I think we were in # 30. The people at the front desk during the day were nice. Need to work on the sites very poor condition. Other sites looked ok.

Fantastic accommodations and friendly staff. I would give it 5 stars if there was a sound barrier wall near the highway. Other than that the facility was excellent.

I really wanted to give this a better review because the campground hosts were so friendly, but unfortunately the friendly staff is the only thing this place has going for it. The sites are horribly close together. The electric only sites shouldn’t even be rented as they are nothing more than a small gravel and dirt strip. The sites are close to the highway so the noise never stops. Save your $$

This is a nice mountain spot! Close to many adventures.All the staff were fantastic! From Adam helping w our booking , to get what we needed, to Chris bringing us a small Thors hammer to make sure our tent stakes stayed put! Maria was super helpful at check in and well as the wonderful informative lady at check out,looking into future avl future dates..for us( sorry didn't write down her name) THX

Great location and close to town. We had a site that was listed as a water/electrical hookup site, but the water hookup was in the campsite next to us. We would have to stretch our hose through another site and disturb them. Showers were not very clean, but functional. Staff very friendly.

Spot given was right along the noisiest highway you can imagine, maybe not the park’s fault?? Build a sound wall or something, that was ridiculous! Carefully pick your site.

We stayed over two weeks this year. The facilities are undergoing a massive update and renovation. This KOA has the best staff of any KOA’s I’ve stayed at and that is saying a lot. KOA staffs are usually very friendly anyway.

Very disappointed. WiFi was promised but not connecting to internet. Cable TV was advertised but didn’t exist at our site. However the staff was rather helpful.

We had so much fun at this KOA. Our kids loved all of the activities and the staff was so nice and really took care of the property! We will definitely be visiting again.

Close to town however made reservation in January and was supposed to have a back in space away from the highway, noise, and campground traffic. Somehow, reservation was changed to a pull through right beside the entrance sign, shuttle pick up, playground, and highway. Very noisy stay. Wouldn’t recommend unless for convenience to town.

We love KOA campgrounds bc they are consistently well maintained, friendly staff, and great amenities for families. There is a fair amount of road noise at this csmoground.

Stayed in spot 49 and could not get wifi, the staff told me that the sites further out do not get wifi. I need to get work done, get secure wifi to all sites. Signs posted read 10pm the dumpsters will be locked do to bears. At 920pm I went to put my trash out and they were locked. I asked the front desk and she was rude and said the maint guy left and locked them early. REALLY,did not offer help?

Our final night was unexpected, we were lucky to have gotten another night due to someone canceling but the amazing part was, we didn't have to move our site! Made reservations for 5 sites months in advance. Asked for sites together or near each other. Only received 3 confirmations by emai. Called and was told we had the 5 sites. Upon arrival was initially told we were together. That turned out to be false. We’re assigned 1, 17,16 and 10, 9. 10 and 9 are not near the other three. Very unsatisfied with our stay!!

Seemed to be a lot of standing water in the shower stalls. Showers might need to be upgraded, the space is a little tight. Did like the folding seat. Great idea.

Very noise site next to road with only 30 amp hookup We thought we were getting 50 so we had to be careful for breaker trips Outdoor table was so warped and bowed we could not use We also booked to be next to a coach we were traveling with and were not granted this Too many kids and too many barking dogs!!

In truth we missed the night of our stay. When we arrived a day late Staff were friendly but charged us to dump and fill up with water. The camp seemed overrun with small children all riding round on three wheeler bikes, with little appreciation for traffic. We were relieved to have avoided the experience and went instead to Steamboat Lake State Park. A delicious experience

The campground was nice lots to do for the kids. I gave only 4 stars because of the bathrooms the shower stall while I was showering the water was around my ankles and not draining which is super gross.

The staff was very nice and left us our key for a late check-in. The cabins are quite cozy and you can't beat the price. Very clean.

Great place to winter camp. Super friendly staff and nice clean facilities. Felt very comfortable staying here and letting my kids run free. For people going to the mountain there is a FREE shuttle that comes into the entry every 20 mins. Made it too easy for my family to just hop on the bus and head to the slopes.
