The staff are incredible. Todd helped our son find his way back to us after getting lost on a bike ride and another team member gave him a football to toss. From check-in to check-out, everyone was wonderful and so welcoming. Thanks for the great stay!

We really didn’t get to spend much time there as we just spent one night pulled in later in the afternoon went to Fish Creek Falls and then I left early in the morning. Campground is very quiet clean count personnel were very friendly easy to get to you beautiful place.

Even though we had our reservation for a year in advance front desk staff did not have our group 6 RVs together as promised. The were inflexible to any suggestions. Also not able to get TV or cable. Pool very dirty. Consistently got inaccurate information from front desk staff.

Koa in Steamboat was not what I expected thought it would of been better needs to be updated.Silt Colorado and Colorado Springs have been the best KOA so far

Office didn’t seem to want to help with reserving extra nights. 2 x asked them if there was site available for next night and told they were fully hooked, Yet, I went online and was able to book a site. Didn’t seem accommodating to an already guest.

I stayed within 10-15 feet of a literal highway which totally sucked. Barely slept and left early. I think it is irresponsible and greedy for KOA to even rent these spaces. A stone wall needs to be put up for those spaces to even be remotely useable. The people working at the location could not have been better however. Great service and well kept campground.

We had some trouble with a neighbor being loud and a campfire & nobody answered the emergency number. However the next day they evicted the party, apologized to us and gave us a 10% credit. We still chose to leave earlier than expected. This park is renovating an area but needs a renovation in all areas! The staff is so much nicer and more helpful this year!! We like the new GM also!

Greetings - Our stay , as usual , was outstanding and fun. Adam is a great asset to your staff and the rest of the staff was friendly and nice. Bob is a super replacement for Jim who we really liked. Despite what a lot of people said prior to our stay, the campground is very nice. A little dusty, but ok. No grass where we were. Had a nice shady spot. Plenty of room for awning and slide out. Others had issues. Some spots clearly looked like they might be tight or near the pond that left a little to be desired. Can’t say for sure since ours was nice. One of the nicest KOAs we’ve stayed at. Office and maintenance staff were all awesome. Town bust stop right at the campground so you wouldn’t have to drive into town if you didn’t want to. We’ll be back for another stay!

Representatives in the office were very snobbish. If your business depends on travlers, it would be better to welcome them, not treat them like no one is good enough to be in your town.

We love coming to the Steamboat Springs KOA. We had a great time once again. The ONLY thing we would change is that we wished the bike trail connected to the town. It's soooo close, but the road travel to get there is just a tad dangerous for kids. This is not at all the fault of the KOA, just something we would love to see in the future if it's possible.

the camp workers were all very friendly and helpful, nice welcome from the registration ladys , the pool was a fantastic temp. All in all this was our second visit in 3 years and very enjoyable.

The spot I reserve want offers tonys. We're right on the road and pond smell wasn't pleasant. Office staff I dealt with upon checking in was rude and claimed I hadn't paid the $10 fee hold the space the agent on the phone sold me. Last leg of a 14 day RV trip was not enjoyable so left after first night.

Great campground for families. Lots of activities for the kiddos and clean. Our main issue was the road noise. We slept awful due to being right near the highway. We probably won’t be back due to the noise, but the kiddos loved it

Liked this KOA for sure, very helpful KOA team, older area, yet clean and neat and many trees as we had a pop-up, good play areas for the kids, staff available for help on any issue, felt safe, close to downtown Steamboat Springs and other outdoor activities. Rest rooms clean. We will stay here again.

Great park with lots of amenities! We had trouble with our brand new rig and Chris was very willing to help us or find someone who could. All of the staff was friendly. The free bus to town was a plus! My only suggestion would be to improve on the drainage in the showers. The floor got wet everywhere after multiple people took showers. We will definitely return and stay here again!

We were in a tent and placed fairly close to the highway, as the back part of the campground was under construction. I understand the back part will be for RVs, so not a good place for tent camping. Good location, although very expensive.

There was plenty to do for all ages. BUT the restrooms need a lot of work. The toilet stalls are TOO small. Puddles of water all across the uneven floor. Only one restroom for a lot of people. I don't know how this facility passes an ADA inspection.

2nd time we’ve stayed here. Staff is awesome. Campground and bathrooms are really clean. Would stay here every time in Steamboat!

Good location to bike trail access after a 1/4 mile ride on a busy highway. Very tolerant of pets and have good activities available. Great river access for floating, fishing or the dog for swimming. The neighbor’s smoke pit was outside our front door so all of their smoke blew into our motorhome-hate smoke pits!

All of the employees were so nice…even when they were so busy. I want to especially thank Chris and Jim who made sure our cable was working. Not only did it get fixed promptly, but Chris kept coming back and telling us about the progress and Jim stopped back and made sure we were happy! Lots to do here- but do t forget to get down to the river to fish. The kids had a great time!

The staff was amazing. The highway noise was pretty high and no laundry facilities made me rate this park lower than a 5.

Great location at the western edge of Steamboat with the Yampa river running through the middle of the campground, which mean I didn't have to always pack up my fishing equipment and go looking for a spot on the river. Great staff always were polite and patient. Will return for another stay later this summer.

We were in the back row and it rained. Very muddy and no patio. Also the bathrooms are cleaned at 10am right before checkout! Poor planning and easily fixed

Because it seems everyone and their brother are staying in RV parks this year, and we were not able to make reservations earlier, we unfortunately ended up in a 30amp back-in site with no sewer. I understand that not all RV parks can have full hook up sites, but that was the biggest negative for us here. The line to dump tanks at the end of the stay was full and slow..

Zero Stars. When we checked in we were not shown to our site or anything by staff. Once we got settled we found that we had a H2O & shut off right smack in the middle of our site, so we couldn't even use our site. The H2O had the site next to it hooked up in it as well, causing issues with hoses running across our site. HORRIBLE. Some staff was rude and didn't even try to fix it. HORRIBLE TIME

The park was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also had a nice and well maintained mini-golf course, recliner bikes, tubes for the river and nice fishing spots. Unfortunately, the park is right along hwy 40 that is very busy and loud day & night. Our spot was within 100-150 ft from the Highway. If you get a spot far from the hwy, it would be a much better experience I’m sure.

They shouldnt advertise that they have internet because it was difficult to connect to let alone use. The cable tv was also terrible. We got there at noon and they said my spot was open but it would cost me an additional $25 if I wanted to leave my 5th wheel. I just wanted to unhook it in my spot and not connect to anything but they said I could not come back until 2:00. They were just rude.

We enjoyed our time and stay. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our site was clean and we enjoyed the seating area that was provided.

The staff was very nice and left us our key for a late check-in. The cabins are quite cozy and you can't beat the price. Very clean.

Great place to winter camp. Super friendly staff and nice clean facilities. Felt very comfortable staying here and letting my kids run free. For people going to the mountain there is a FREE shuttle that comes into the entry every 20 mins. Made it too easy for my family to just hop on the bus and head to the slopes.
